Matt Scott must be productive and avoid mistakes to beat the number tenth ranked team in the nation.
Two of the top quarterbacks in the Pac-12 and the nation will face off this Saturday. We debate who is better, you decide.

I write this just before getting in the car to drive to Tucson Saturday morning. I'm really amped up for this game.
I believe you have a very good team and a pretty good team that hasn't figured out how good it can be.
SC is SC. They are very good but underperforming based on the talent they recruited. I base that on the coach. Getting great athletes to gel and perform like a well greased machine and watching what Kiffin does are not the same thing. He has allowed this team that stayed together to win a championship to not appear to really be in the same sentence with Oregon and Alabama.
On the other hand, we have a coach that has molded a number of Stoops leftovers and walk-ons into a group that just doesn't know how good it can be because it is exceeding all expectations. Very few thought Scott would be a lot more than someone who just got us through RR's first season with hopefully 6 wins. That is certainly going to happen. However, today can be a defining day in this team's history. RR knows that. Scott knows that. The whole team knows that. I'd put RR up against Kiffin any day.
RR and the team are preparing for this game like it is their championship. No amount of music or hollering could make the SC players think that way. Their sights are on Oregon and beyond. I think it mirrors the Oklahoma State game in many ways. To us it was a coming out party. To them it was a pre-conference warm up.
I love being the capable underdog. We are certainly capable and past statistics really don't mean a thing. I can't wait for it to be 12:30. Bear Down could be an understatement.
I would love to be in that locker room 3 minutes before they open the door. There will be enough electricity to power the free world.
