Jabari Parker, the No. 2 rated basketball prospect in the 2013 class by 247 Sports, narrowed his list to a top 10 today via tweeter. Missing from the list of schools was Arizona.
Parker tweeted the following this afternoon:
"UK, Stanford, michigan state, Kansas, Florida, Duke, BYU, Georgetown, Depaul, UNC. No order."
The 6-foot-8, 215-pound forward from Simeon High School (Chicago, Ill.) has backed up his lofty status as one of the nation's mostly highly sought after recruits with a great spring and early summer on the basketball court.
While this could seem as a blow to Arizona, which is aggressively seeking a small forward for its 2013 class, the Wildcats remain in solid shape to land other top small forwards such as Aaron Gordon and Keith Frazier.
