Wayne Capers Jr.
One advantage to Arizona’s blowout win over South Carolina State was the fact that Rich Rodriguez got to get a lot of freshmen their first game action, or at least their first appearances on offense or defense. Players like Wayne Capers, C.J. Dozier and William Parks got their first non-special teams appearances.
A few players even made their season debut, which also lets us see what players are likely to redshirt. At least 14 freshmen are still able to redshirt after not being used in the first three games.
Other than Cayman Bundage, all the three other offensive linemen will all likely redshirt. As it stands now, all three freshmen wide out and both freshmen defensive lineman are also still good for four miore years.
One curious case is J.T. Washington. According to the Arizona participation chart, Washington played special teams against Toledo, but has not appeared in an participation chart since. He has not been listed on any injury reports, so it is curious that he would only play in the first game.

Of course Arizona is has already lost two players who signed with the program. Dylan Cozens never enrolled, choosing top pursue professional baseball, while Leo Thomas left the team just one day into camp.
