Back Against The Wall

  • I'm saying that with the suspensions, Arizona plays like a team possessed.

The guys that come in, do well. Surprisingly well and hold their own.

Nick Foles picks apart the porous Washington defense and Arizona cruises, 52-28.

  • I certainly hope your right. The best part of your prediction is that it requires a field goal to hit that score assuming all the points after are made.

  • So are you suggesting the suspended defensive backs that got totally shredded over the first 5 games are some sort of loss?

Or that purse thief, UCLA reject, thug Richardson's remarkable leadership by example will be missed by his team mates?

I bet our secondary has it's best game yet.

I could not have said this better myself.

  • I do think the secondary will have a good game. It's the front 7 vs Polk that I'm worried about.

    Wildcat_Brad

  • The front 7, with the flex front, will be active and will slow Polk down. UW has one game film to use in prep for this week. As long as we continue to attack on defense we should be fine. Johnson starting and Slavin moving to the secondary are good things.

I could be wrong, but I think that this team didn't really produce under the former regime and other players who never hit the field but may be good will have to play.

Tomey used to say about injuries, "somebody has to step up." When have we last heard about that positive philosophy?

    Well, not since Tomey.
