Well we dropped but not as far as I thought we would. Still top 10.
Indiana stays #1
I'll take it.
Whether or not this is an accurate measurement is in the eye of the beholder (still bitter about Cal).
Lunardi's updates usually occur around 10:30 AM Arizona time.

Im shocked. I thoughtnthe nation was waiting for us to make a mistake and drop us near 12-15.

Besides AZ who else does not belong in the top10.
I go with Syracuse
The ranking is perfect. The Pac-12 power numbers are solid. The loss, while not good, is also not end of the world. PAC-12 is deepest conference in country so losses will occur. Sadly and surprisingly though 2 of Arizona's losses have come at home. A critical thing to understand us Arizona is 20-3 and all three losses have come in league. That's something even the east coast bias can't ignore.

Gary brings up a good point about in-conference losses. I'm just not so sure about how extensive the east coast bias extends when concerning popular perception of Arizona.
And please, no more games on Sunday. I need 48 hours to absorb a loss.
Absolutely agree with Gary. While some might argue we aren't a top 10 team, I'm not surprised that we dropped only 2 spots.
Time to nut up or shut up
Amen. It's bad enough trying to come to work on a Monday. It's even worse when I have to come in after Arizona loses a game the day before.
As bad as 2 home losses are, equally bad is the fact that 2 of the losses are to teams we only see once.

That drives me crazy every time I think about it.
And late Sunday too. No doubt the loss sent 99.9% of Wildcat fans into Sunday evening with a very bad taste in their mouth. I spoke to one fan on the phone last night that literally asked me, "How am I going to sleep after this kind of loss?"
Perhaps, some good news is the fact that the players don't have time to cry over their milk. It's film study and workout today, hard practice tomorrow, travel and walk through Wednesday and game Thursday in what will by far be the most hostile arena Arizona enters all season. Cats need to get their act together ASAP...no time to waste. Oh, and pass the damn basketball, Wildcats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Particularly the seniors who continue to over dribble and stand around with the ball in their hands.
