  • I tend to agree with a preseason prediction somewhere between 20-25. If we land Lyons over the weekend (we might), you can then bump Arizona into a 8-12 national ranking and I'd be more than comfortable with that, especially if Kevin Parrom is healthy and ready to go.

    We talk about a rash of young players coming in, but don't forget that Arizona, in this situation, would now have a proven power forward in Solomon Hill (senior), a gritty and hardnosed senior at small forward (Kevin Parrom), and one of the toughest SOBs in the college game for the past three years in Lyons. Young or not, you put size and quickness around those three guys and you've got yourself a ball club.
